Circular Cricket Gear (CCG) Hub — Disclaimer for Customers
Please read carefully. You will need to print and sign this disclaimer before collecting cricket gear and clothing from CCG Hub. You may sign in advance, or sign a printed copy at Spencer Cricket Club when you collect.
Circular Cricket Gear (CCG) Hub provides second-life or pre-loved cricket gear and clothing ('the gear') to those in need at no or minimal cost to help reduce the costs and other barriers to participation.
CCG Hub is a collaborative service provided by Spencer ONE and Spencer Cricket Club and The Centre for Sustainable Design® (CfSD) at the University for the Creative Arts ('the parties').
The parties delivering CCG Hub will make all reasonable efforts to enable the functionality and safety of the gear provided to the customer and cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, death or loss directly and/or indirectly incurred from use of the gear.
By collecting and using gear from CCG Hub, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this disclaimer.
To sign: use the Print / Save as PDF button above. The printed copy includes the acknowledgement statement and name/signature/date lines.
